DURING THIS PERIOD IT WAS STUDIED VERY CAREFULLY THE SITUATION,ANALYZED BY PARTICIPATING TO VARIOUS WORKSHOPS WITH
STAKEHOLDERS INVOLVED TO THE BREXIT PROCEDURES ,BY READING ARTICLES AND VARIOUS DISCUSSIONS WITH EUROPEAN OFFICIALS.
OUR STANCE REMAINS EXACTLY AS IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE FOR BREXIT,WHEN AT THE SAME TIME IS CONTINUOUSLY DECLARED  THAT EUROPE WITHOUT BRITAIN IS NOT THE DEMOCRATIC EUROPE AS A WHOLE,AS IT WAS ENVISIONED FROM THE FOUNDING FATHERS.

HER EXCELLENCY THE PRIME MINISTER OF BRITAIN,AND DISTINGUISHED CITIZEN MRS MAY MENTIONED ON 17/02/18 THAT:

Lives could be put at risk from crime and terrorism if the EU puts ideology ahead of a practical post-Brexit deal on security, Theresa May will warn today.
In a major speech on the country’s future relationship with Brussels, the Prime Minister will set out her ‘unconditional’ determination to agree a comprehensive new treaty.
But she will warn the EU not to insist on a powerful role for European judges and other institutions that could restrict security co-operation.
Neither ‘rigid institutional restrictions’ nor a ‘deep-seated ideology’ should come before protecting the public, she will say, insisting that Britain and Europe’s common enemies ‘would like nothing more than to see us fractured’.
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Mrs May will hail the success of EU-wide co-operation against terrorists, people smugglers and organised crime.


She will urge EU leaders to ‘safeguard the practical co-operation we have developed and nurtured over decades’, while warning of ‘damaging real world consequences’ if leaders reject new forms of co-operation outside the writ of European law.
Mrs May wants to preserve arrangements that allow co-operation in areas such as data-sharing between police and security services and extradition of criminal and terror suspects.
These currently come under the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice and there are fears that Brussels could undermine a deal by making unreasonable demands about the role of the court.
The Prime Minister’s comments – in a speech entitled ‘Road to Brexit: A Security Partnership’ – will be delivered before an address by European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker.
‘Europe’s security is our security and that is why I have said that the United Kingdom is unconditionally committed to maintaining it,’ Mrs May will say.
‘The challenge for all of us today is finding the way to work together, through a deep and special partnership between the UK and the EU, to retain the co-operation that we have built and go further in meeting the evolving threats we face together.

LET'S EXAMINE SOMEHOW THE HISTORY OF BREXIT

Renegotiation before the referendum

In early 2014, David Cameron outlined the changes he aimed to bring about in the EU and in the UK's relationship with it.[23] These were: additional immigration controls, especially for citizens of new EU member states; tougher immigration rules for present EU citizens; new powers for national parliaments collectively to veto proposed EU laws; new free-trade agreements and a reduction in bureaucracy for businesses; a lessening of the influence of the European Court of Human Rights on British police and courts; more power for individual member states, and less for the central EU; and abandonment of the EU notion of "ever closer union".[23] He intended to bring these about during a series of negotiations with other EU leaders and then, if re-elected, to announce a referendum.[23]
In November that year Cameron gave an update on the negotiations, and further details of his aims.[24] The key demands made of the EU were: on economic governance, to recognise officially that Eurozone laws would not necessarily apply to non-Eurozone EU members and the latter would not have to bail out troubled Eurozone economies; on competitiveness, to expand the single market and to set a target for the reduction of bureaucracy for businesses; on sovereignty, for the UK to be legally exempted from "ever closer union" and for national parliaments to be able collectively to veto proposed EU laws; and, on immigration, for EU citizens going to the UK for work to be unable to claim social housing or in-work benefits until they had worked there for four years, and for them to be unable to send child benefit payments overseas.[24][25]
The outcome of the renegotiations was announced in February 2016.[26] The renegotiated terms were in addition to the United Kingdom's existing opt-outs in the European Union and the UK rebate. There was to be no fundamental change to the EU–UK relationship.[26] Some limits to in-work benefits for EU immigrants were agreed, but these would apply on a sliding scale for four years and would be for new immigrants only; before they could be applied, a country would have to get permission from the European Council.[26] Child benefit payments could still be made overseas, but these would be linked to the cost of living in the other country.[27] On sovereignty, the UK was reassured that it would not be required to participate in "ever closer union"; these reassurances were "in line with existing EU law".[26] Cameron's demand to allow national parliaments to veto proposed EU laws was modified to allow national parliaments collectively to object to proposed EU laws, in which case the European Council would reconsider the proposal before itself deciding what to do.[26] On economic governance, anti-discrimination regulations for non-Eurozone members would be reinforced, but they would be unable to veto any legislation.[28] The final two areas covered were proposals to "exclude from the scope of free movement rights, third country nationals who had no prior lawful residence in a Member State before marrying a Union citizen"[29] and to make it easier for member states to deport EU nationals for public policy or public security reasons.[30] The extent to which the various parts of the agreement would be legally binding is complex; no part of the agreement itself changed EU law, but some parts could be enforceable in international law.[31]
The EU had offered David Cameron a so-called "emergency brake", which would have allowed the UK to withhold social benefits to new immigrants for the first four years after they arrived; this brake could have been applied for a period of seven years.[32] That offer was still on the table at the time of the Brexit referendum, but expired when the vote determined that the UK would leave the EU. Cameron claimed that "he could have avoided Brexit had European leaders let him control migration", according to the Financial Times.[33][34] However, that offer had not been made by the EU, as confirmed by Angela Merkel to the German Parliament: "If you wish to have free access to the single market then you have to accept the fundamental European rights as well as obligations that come from it. This is as true for Great Britain as for anybody else."[35]

2)THEY ACTED WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY TO THEIR SUBJECTS BUT ALSO TO THEIR TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN PARTNERS AND ALLIES FROM THE 1ST AND 2ND WW,AS THEY NEGOTIATED ALONE FOR ANY IDEA ABOUT CHANGING THE DYSFUNCTIONAL WORKING EUROPEAN SYSTEM.

3)THE RESULT OF THE 72% OF THE WHOLE NATION'S  VOTES, DIDNT GIVE A VERY WIDE  DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE WHO VOTED YES(51.89%) AND THOSE WHO VOTED NO (48.11%).THIS SAYS A LOT FOR SUCH AN IMPORTANT DECISION ABOUT THE FUTURE OF OUR CITIZENS AS A WHOLE EUROPE.



OUR ANALYSIS IS FOCUSED NOT ON BLAMING THE UK AND THE EU FOR THEIR WAYS ON NEGOTIATING,BUT ON THE LAPSE OF SOLIDARITY SO THAT TO BE KEPT THE EUROPEAN COMMON SPIRIT ALIVE,BY KEEPING THE ADVANTAGES CREATED AND FACING THE DISADVANTAGES IN POLYTROPOUS APPROACHES.



IT IS PREFERRED TO STAND ON 3 POINTS,FOR PROPOSING ANOTHER DIRECTION FOR THE EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN CITIZENS AFFAIRS,CONCERNING BREXIT:

A)THE EU IS FROM ITS INSTITUTION AND UP TO THIS MOMENT BASED ON THE ECONOMIC FIELD.
THE CONSEQUENCE IS THAT THE CONSTRUCTED PARLIAMENTARIAN SYSTEM DEPENDS TOTALLY IN ECONOMY.
THAT'S WHY WE HAVE THESE MALFORMATIONS AND DYSFUNCTIONAL POLITICAL PARTY SECTOR.
THE SAME HAPPENS EVERYWHERE ACCORDING TO THIS MODEL PROPOSED BY THE GLOBALISTS,EXCEPT IN USA WHICH ORGANIZED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PERSPECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY IN NEW YORK.

B)THE DEFENSE,SECURITY AND CULTURAL  FIELDS WILL BE THE SECTORS FOR THE NEXT EUROPE TO BE ORGANIZED,AS WE CONSTANTLY PROPOSE FROM 2010 BY WRITING THE FIRST ARTICLE BUILDING A PAN-EUROPEAN DEFENSE SYSTEM (PART A EXTERNAL POLICY).
THIS MEANS THAT WE  AS EUROPEANS WE DONT NEED TO FOLLOW A MODEL OF ONE  STATE WHICH  CONTROLS EVERYTHING FROM THE CENTER,LIKE FEDERAL MODELS OF USA,CHINA,RUSSIA,INDIA ETC DO.
SO UNDER DISCUSSIONS BY ALL EUROPEANS IN AND OUT OF THE UNION,THESE SECTORS BUT MAINLY THE DEFENSE AT THIS STEP,MIGHT BE DEVELOPED SEPARATELY BY  INSTITUTING AN ORGANIZATION SIMILAR TO NATO(NORTH ATLANTIC AGREEMENT),BUT CLEARLY EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN.
THIS IDEA ISNT OPPOSING THE EXISTING ONES BUT ACTS SUPPLEMENTARY BEING FOCUSED INSIDE THE BORDERS OF EUROPE AND MEDITERRANEAN.THE BRIDGES WHICH ALREADY EXIST,LIKE THE  AGENCIES,DG,INSTITUTES ETC MIGHT BE USED  FOR SYNCHRONIZATION,COMMUNICATION PURPOSES BETWEEN THE OLD EUROPEAN CURRENT DESIGN AND THE NEW EUROPEAN FUTURE DESIGN.
THE CONSILIUM  IN PRINCIPLE,IN COOPERATION WITH THE OSCE (ORGANIZATION FOR SECURITY AND COOPEARTION IN EUROPE) AND THE COUNSIL OF EUROPE ,AS  INSTITUTIONS WILL BE THE GOVERNING BODIES FOR THE EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN DEFENSE INITIATIVE.
C) THE DIFFERENT QUALITIES FROM THE A) AND  B) WILL BRING AS A RESULT AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME THE POLITICAL DEMOCRATIC INTEGRATION FOR OUR EUROPEAN AND MEDITERRANEAN CITIZENS,UNDER A COMMON CONSTITUTION WHICH WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE HOMOSPONDICAL SPIRIT OF THE DELPHI AMFICTIONY,INSTEAD OF THE FEDERAL SYSTEM OF ROME.

THE TODAY POLITICAL PARTY SYSTEM CANNOT GUIDE THE EUROPE TO THESE 2-3 DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS WHICH AT THE END OF THE ROAD, WILL MEET IN A PROCESS WHERE THE CITIZENS,PEOPLES AND NATIONS  WILL DECIDE BY AND FOR  THEMSELVES.

IF THERE ARE SOME MEMBER STATES WHICH DONT UNDERSTAND WELL THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF THE BRITISH TO OUR CONTINENT'S PEACE AND VICTORIES AGAINST THE TYRANNIC POWERS,THEN THE UK AND OTHER STATES WHICH DISAGREE BY REFERENDUMS OR NOT (EG.VISEGRAD-NORDIC  PERIPHERY GROUPS)WITH THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION OF EUROPEAN UNION ,WHICH IS BASED  ON THE MARSHALL PLAN AND THAT MEANS UNDER USA CONTROL,AS IT HAPPENS TODAY, HAVE TO BE THE COLUMNS,FOUNDING FATHERS WHO WILL WORK FOR THIS EUROPEAN POLE HAVING ITS CENTER IN VIENNA OR ELSEWHERE NEAR TO THE BORDERS.
THE UK AND ITS PARTNERS SHOULD KEEP THE AGREED RELATIONS AT THE ECONOMIC EUROPEAN INTEGRATION  AS THE CURRENT SYSTEM WANTS.
FOR THESE REASONS WE INSIST THAT THE EUROPEAN  POLITICAL SYSTEM SHOULD REVIEW ITS METHODS AND WAYS IN ORDER NOT DIVISION TO GUIDE OUR CONTINENT BUT UNITY.

THE EUROPEAN DEFENCE COMMUNITY TREATY

CONCLUDING WE REMAIN THAT THE REQUESTS AND PROPOSALS WRITTEN AT THE PREVIOUS ARTICLE BUT TO THIS ONE TOO, CAN BRING A VERY GOOD SOLUTION.
THE DELAY OF BREXIT PLUS AS A NEW ELEMENT THE UK AND ITS TRADITIONAL ALLIES,TO BE A BASIC COLUMN FOR THE BROTHERHOOD IN ANOTHER FORM OF EUROPE BY INSTITUTING THE EUROPEAN DEFENCE COMMUNITY ARE A MUST.
